A leading UK homeware retailer challenged us to create a campaign targeting home movers pre and post move to deliver an uplift in conversions using targeted home mover data across digital and direct mail channels.
As home mover marketing specialists we worked with the customers’ marketing team to identify consumers in the home mover life stage most likely to be in the market for a new furniture. Using our clever algorithm, we were able to predict the likely move date with an accuracy of 95%.
We worked with the client to prepare the creative and come up with a compelling offer for home movers.
The client delivered a highly targeted email marketing and direct mail campaign with a focus on home movers within a 20 mile radius of their top 15 performing stores across the UK.
All data was fully GDPR compliant with a full audit trail and individual channel opt ins.
A 25%+ uplift in conversion rates by contacting new home owners at exactly the right moment using our data.
As well as automatic optimisation, we review the programme every month to spot new opportunities. Our campaign optimisation team are working with the client to test everything from new data sets to creative updates.
